2 weeks and counting

Yup, that's right.  In 2 weeks from today I will be boarding good ol' American Airlines and heading up to San Francisco.  Pretty crazy.  I'm beyond excited though!  But it is going very quickly and I am sort of running out of time to get all of my things together.  Especially since I am having Christmas festivities today, tomorrow (xmas eve), and Tuesday (real xmas).  Then on Wednesday mom, dad, brother, and myself leave at 6am for Reno and Sacramento.  When I come back I will have about 4 days to get completely packed up and ready to go.  Needless to say, the life of Hannah and the room of Hannah is in complete chaos.  With that, I actually need to get ready for such festivities.  But I will keep you all posted on how the "readying" is coming along.  Even though I will be seeing most of you in the next few days.  Have a very Merry Christmas!!

Pondering moment for the day...  Why does Christmas have an abbreviation (Xmas) and Thanksgiving does not??  Thanksgiving is a longer word and just as big of a pain to write out every time.  Think about that, and perhaps come up with some good ones in time for next year.

Some good Christmas quotes to give you a quick laugh (or maybe just me)...

-Meatloaf, meatloaf, double beatloaf.  I HATE meatloaf!!

Confused...

This thing is really hard to figure out!! I don't get how to make it all pretty like everyone else :(  I'm not going to lie but it is really bugging me and I'm getting quite frustrated.  I've been at it for a good hour and I still can't figure out the cool stuff.  I'd be very grateful for any pointers! But for now I guess I'll just go eat some brownies because that sounds better than fooling with this crappy thing any longer.

YAY MEE!!!!!

Sooooo as you all know, I FINALLY got into Westmont!! It's been a long 9 months or so, but all the hard work and prayers and trust in God has finally paid off and I am in.  No more questions about it! I am sooo excited, I ran up and down the stairs screaming and jumped on my dad and cried!  My mom, when notified of the news, apparently cried instead of talking.  Typical Michele.  Anyways, I won't actually be going to Westmont's Santa Barbara campus until the fall because of space.  So in about 3 weeks I will be packing up and moving to San Francisco!  I am actually very excited!  Believe it or not, I can't wait for the cold weather and RAIN!!!  I'm not sure about all of the exact details yet, but I should be finding out within the next few days, so I will keep you all posted on what's going on.  Like I said in my email, thank you for all of your prayers and support.  I couldn't have gotten through this hard time of waiting without you all!
